Guided Meditation

  • In this 45-minute session, I lead you through a guided meditation that is fully tailored to your energy, emotions, and intention for the day.

    Each journey is unique—whether we focus on grounding, healing, self-love, clarity, or connection to spirit. With the support of breath, visualisation, and energetic attunement, these meditations help shift your state and offer spaciousness within.

Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Sessions

  • These 30-minute sessions are focused, simple, and supportive—designed to help you build mindfulness into your daily rhythm.

    You’ll learn calming practices to regulate your nervous system, become more aware of stress triggers, and create inner spaciousness when life feels chaotic. Together, we’ll explore techniques such as breathwork, present-moment awareness, and simple somatic tools to help you feel grounded and in control.
